The following terms and conditions (the "Terms") govern the Orah Rewards Program (the "Program"). By participating in the Program, you agree to these Terms.

Section 1 – Eligibility

The Orah Rewards Program ("Program") is open to individuals who are current customers or associates of Orah ("Participants"). Participants must be in good standing with Orah at the time of the referral and through the reward distribution period. Employees of Orah and their immediate family members are not eligible to participate.

Section 2 – Program Participation

Participants can refer friends or colleagues from other schools to sign up for a paid plan with Orah ("Referral"). To make a Referral, Participants must either send an introduction email to Orah, including the contact information of the Referee, or fill in the referral form provided by Orah before first contact is made. Participants must ensure they have consent from their Referees to share their contact information with Orah.

Section 3 – Rewards

• For each successful Referral resulting in a new paid subscription to Orah, the Participant and the Referee will each receive $250 in Orahbucks.
• Orahbucks are awarded in the Participant’s and Referee’s local currency, with the exception of the UK, where £200 will be awarded instead.
• Orahbucks can be redeemed for vouchers from a list of eligible brands and charities provided by Orah.
• Rewards are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash, except as stipulated in the Program rules.

Section 4 – Redemption

Upon successful Referral confirmation, Participants and their Referees will be contacted by Orah with instructions on how to select their rewards from the list of eligible brands and charities. Rewards will be distributed as vouchers in the amount of $250 (or local currency equivalent) to each Participant and Referee.

Section 5 – Limitations

• There is no limit to the number of Referrals a Participant can make.
• Orah reserves the right to verify the eligibility of Participants and Referees and to withhold rewards in the case of suspected fraud or violation of the terms of this Program.

Section 6 – Privacy

Participants acknowledge and agree that personal information collected during the Program, including name, email address, and school affiliation, may be used by Orah to administer the Program and as described in Orah’s Privacy Policy.

Section 7 – Changes and Termination

Orah reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the Program at any time without notice, including the right to change the Program terms, eligibility criteria, and rewards.

Section 8 – Liability

Orah will not be responsible for (i) any late, lost, misrouted, or damaged referrals or rewards, or (ii) any indirect or consequential losses arising from participation in the Program.

Section 9 – Governing Law

The Program and these Terms and Conditions shall be governed by the law of the jurisdiction in which the Participant resides, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
