How to use Workflows
This video introduces the concept of workflows in Orah, explaining how operations are initiated based on system-triggered data. This lesson highlights two specific workflows: "Phone Use" and "Attendance Advisory." The Phone Use workflow triggers notifications to staff, students, and approved family contacts when conduct records for phone use accumulate, while the Attendance Advisory workflow sends alerts and schedules interventions when a student has repeated late arrivals.
After this quick overview lesson, you should be able to build and customize your own workflows to automate school operations.
