The implementation of Orah was an extremely easy process. We followed the clear instructions provided by Boardingware as well as tremendous technical support.
What has the success/support team at Orah been like to work with?
They are helpful and responsive. They respond to questions quickly and solve your issues in a timely manner.
What was it like to get the rest of your team up and running with Orah?
We implemented Orah in the middle of a school year and were up and running within a few days. The faculty and staff were trained in a day and the students found the system extremely user-friendly and easy to navigate. We were impressed with how quickly our entire community embraced Orah.
What has allowed you to be so successful with Orah?
We have been successful with Orah because our parents, faculty and students embraced the product because it streamlines a process that many found cumbersome. It does so by taking the accountability of students and making it a simple, transparent and verified process. It also helped that Marc, ours sales person, came back to campus to help us implement the product with the faculty. It demonstrates the type of interest the company has in ensuring its adoption and success.
Has there been a particular Orah feature that has helped you the most?
The roll check and check-in / check-out feature has been the best features for us at a boarding school.

It is an easy implementation, adoption and management system that will allow for schools to account for their students in real time and manage travel and leave communications with their parents or guardians.
